The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Zignia Live announced today that The NBA Mexico City Game 2025 will be a regular-season game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Detroit Pistons in the Arena CDMX in Mexico City on Saturday, November 1. The game will be the league’s 34th in Mexico since 1992, more than any other country save the US and Canada. It will also coincide with local “Día de Muertos” celebrations for the second year in a row. Throughout the game, a variety of in-arena activations will highlight the “Dia de Muertos” theme, including a specially themed basketball floor and many fan participation activities. The Mavericks, who will play their seventh game in Mexico, are now led by 10-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis, nine-time All-Star Kyrie Irving, and four-time NBA champion Klay Thompson. They also have the first overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft presented by State Farm.
